Our Mission The purpose of the Historic Downtown Chelan Association is to develop and promote the historic downtown core of Chelan by creating an inviting and economically vibrant community center while emphasizing enhancement and preservation of the town's historic features.

How to Apply For Credits - Step By Step
Apply For Credits(Donation to HDCA must be made by 12/31/10)
PLEASE NOTE: Donations must be pre-approved by WA State Department of Revenue
- $1.5 million — total statewide
- $100,000 max per community
- Org must be 501-C3 or 501-C6 —focused on downtown revitalization
- 75% of the donation becomes a B&O tax credit to be used in the following year
- Companies must file in electronic format
- 100% of the donation may be recognized by the U.S. IRS - please contact your tax preparer for more information.
Donations to Historic Downtown Chelan Association are not limited to just city of Chelan businesses. Contact HDCA office on how all concerned businesses can participate.

FOCUS AREA:
Boundries include both sides of street with Riverwalk Park, Old Bridge and Columbia on west, East Johnson Avenue on the north, Saunders Street on the east and East Wapato Avenue on the south. (Adopted by Board of Directors December 19, 2006)
