The Historic Downtown Chelan Association invites your organization to apply as the local non–profit organization recipient of the proceeds from the 2019 Lake Chelan Festival of Trees.
The Lake Chelan Festival of Trees is an annual fundraising event to support HDCA community projects in addition to supporting a local non-profit organization. The event is presented as a formal dinner gala and live auction of high-end decorated trees. In addition, a silent auction of varying sizes and value of decorated trees and wreaths will be open to the public for bidding over the course of several days. Tentative dates and location are December 6th through 8th at Campbell’s Resort.
The expectation of the selected recipient will be to provide approximately 50 volunteer hours including participating in the promotion and ticket sales of the event, and attendance at the event.
