In the City of Chelan, Historic Downtown includes:
Both sides of the street with Riverwalk Park
Old Bridge and Columbia on the west
East Johnson Avenue on the north
Sanders Street on the east
East Wapato Avenue on the south
Businesses within this border are considered part of the historic district of Chelan.
Businesses bordering Historic Downtown, west through the 300 block on Woodin and north on Manson Highway to the roundabout are an important part of the economic vitality of the downtown core but not designated as “historic.”
